Who is the founder?
Eulis Rachmatiah
Eulis is a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) under the International Association of Privacy Practitioners (IAPP). She is also a HRD Corp Certified Trainer and is Malaysian Institute of Accountants’ Ethics Standard Board member. Eulis is also an EXCO member of Transparency International – Malaysia.
She is an experienced and engaging trainer and speaker and is frequently invited to speak at Conferences and Events. She was honoured to have been invited to speak at International Conferences such as the GSMA’s Mobile World Congress 2019 in Kuala Lumpur on the ethical and privacy aspects of Digital ID and was invited to speak at GSMA’s Mobile World Congress 2020 in Barcelona on the topic of AI Ethics.
Eulis was Head of Ethics & Privacy at Celcom Axiata Berhad from June 2017 until July 2021 where she was brought in to set up the Ethics & Privacy Office to promote a structured, consistent and integrated approach to Business Ethics, Anti-Bribery, Privacy and Human Rights to embed a strong ethical culture amongst Celcom employees.
Prior to joining Celcom, she was with the Corporate Governance and International Compliance Department of PETRONAS covering the areas of Business Ethics, Anti-Bribery, Privacy and Human Rights.
She has had over 20 years working experience as an in-house Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for various multinational and public listed companies. Experience includes advising the Board and Management on compliance with Companies’ Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance issues and other legal and secretarial matters. Her varied experience includes a stint with KLCC Berhad as the construction lawyer for the development of the PETRONAS Twin Towers.
